Parsippany Man Arrested by Prosecutor's Sex Crimes Unit

The Morris County Prosecutor's Office Sex Crimes Unit arrested Guy E. Parker, 52, of Parsippany. Parker was charged with two counts of first degree aggravated sexual assault, one count of second degree sexual assault, and two counts of second degree endangering the welfare of a child.

The investigation was conducted by Detective Susan Johnson of the Sex Crimes Unit. The investigation revealed that Parker was allegedly engaged in a relationship with a relative of the victim when she was allegedly sexually abused between the ages of 8 and 16. Parker is being held in lieu of $250,000 cash bail in the Morris County Correctional Facility.

Despite these pending charges, they are merely allegations, and every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt following a jury trial at which the defendant has all of his or her rights guaranteed by the U.S. and New Jersey Constitution and relevant state law.
